Targeting Options

Inside the ad manager, you can target users by:

— Interests (housing, investments, renovation, relocation)

— Behavior (users who watch similar content)

— Demographics, language, device type

— Custom audiences (uploaded databases, look-alikes)

Creatives

— Scenic views, floor plans, construction progress

— Short messages: 3–6 seconds, clear and to the point

Lead form format is available directly in TikTok, without redirecting to a website.

One limitation: There is currently no precise city-level targeting in Ukraine — only country-level. That’s why we recommend using creatives with clear geo-identification (always include the city name).
